A Creative who not only revels in process but also helps drive it? What manner of madness is this? If you've met me, you know. If you haven't, view this collection of efficiency-enhancing forms, processes, and SOPs I've created and instituted.

From the heartwarming profile of a grande dame of modern medicine to a Godfather spoof featuring antibiotic as hitman, I've worn several hats in a variety of media—even starred in a video when the original talent wasn't available for a re-shoot.

Remember when people used to actually read? Like, full sentences that went beyond 140 characters? (To anyone under 30: true story!) I believe there's still a place for long-form copy in today's world, especially in an area as important as health care.

The concept. It's the cornerstone of any successful marketing effort... the nexus of unmet need and well-defined strategy... the unique personality a brand must have to be its most successful. Here are a few of which I'm most proud.

Stop me if you've heard this one before: a guy sends his kid off to college, finds himself with too much time on his hands, and decides to learn to play guitar. Can you say "mid-life crisis?" I can... but jamming along to Tom Petty, Tesla, Blackberry Smoke and others has helped me battle through it.

Before rock-star fantasies consumed all my free time, I used to blog about the New Jersey Devils. The site's on hiatus now, but I've left it online because there's some really funny stuff there, if I may say so myself.
